Report a missed bin

Domestic waste, recycling or garden waste

If we’ve missed your rubbish, recycling or garden waste collection please let us know by the end of the next working day (up to midnight). If you report the missed bin after this, we will not be able to return to collect your waste.

For commercial waste enquires about missed collections please telephone our Customer Services

You will need to tell us your address.

The form will let you know if there was a reason why your bin wasn't collected or it will send a message to the crew asking them to return to collect your bin.
