Exeter International Airport is developing its regional and international links. As the home of Flybe, it has a major new training facility and growing engineering and maintenance operation.
New communities and mixed used residential areas are obviously strategic to the growth programme. The new town of Cranbrook is now under construction with the first phase completed. This town was set up to be a sustainable community and already incorporates a school, a community centre, a pharmacy and employment space.
